Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CastIQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

CastIQ is owned and operated by Two Wolves Ventures LLC d/b/a Infinite Horizons Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Platform Purpose

CastIQ is a casting and talent coordination platform designed to help agents and talent manage opportunities, submissions, self tapes, messaging, and related workflows.

We are not a casting agency and do not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Bookings
  • Representation
  • Income

All decisions remain between agents, productions, and talent.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CastIQ. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for activity on your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Misuse
  • Violation of these terms

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload including:

  • Profile data
  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Self tapes
  • Messages

By using CastIQ, you grant us a limited license to display your content only for platform functionality (matching, review, messaging).

We will never sell your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass or impersonate others
  • Post false information
  • Circumvent platform workflows
  • Scrape or exploit data
  • Use CastIQ for illegal activity

7. Payments

Some features may require payment.

  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew unless canceled
  • Refunds are not guaranteed

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate policy.

9. Disclaimers

CastIQ is provided "as-is."

We are not responsible for:

  • Booking outcomes
  • Contract disputes
  • Production decisions
  • Lost income

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Two Wolves Ventures LLC d/b/a Infinite Horizons Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
